RETURNS

If you want to return your order, all our products have a 14-day return policy. All products that are returned for a refund must be undamaged and have their original tags and packaging.

All sales are final on sale merchandise.

Return

If you would like to return your order, please contact us directly with your order number and marked as return in the subject, before shipping it to us:

The sender is responsible for the shipping cost of all returns except for damaged goods.

mavivi UG reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.

Please provide a tracking number for the returned package as we are not responsible for any return packages getting lost or misplaced.

The product must be packed in the original packaging, otherwise a similar damage-resistant packaging should be used to prevent damage to the product. All parts of the product must be included and the package can be sent back to us to the following address:

Refund

Once we receive the package and the product, we will refund the amount of the product within 3 workdays.

Sale Items

All sale items are final and are only exchangeable within 14 days upon receiving the delivery. No refunds are acceptable on sale items.

We can't process or be held responsible for any returns that have not contacted us via email prior to shipment.
